Information, Terms & Conditions
Once you confirm a reservation to stay at Sunset Bay Escape you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
- A maximum of 6 guests permitted
- Outdoor smoking only
- Our water is supplied from rain water tanks
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations incur a $50 admin fee
- Cancellations over 1 month in advance - full amount refunded minus the admin fee
- Cancellations less than 1 month but more than 7 days - charge is 50% of the reserved services unless we are able to resell
- Cancellations 7 days or less - we charge the total cost of the reserved services unless we are able to resell
- No show - we charge total cost of reserved services
- If we can resell the venue to another guest we will charge or refund the difference we are able to resell
- In the event that extra guests stay without any advanced warning or notice you will be billed for the appropriate charges at the end of your stay. This also applies to the use of extra linen and towels. In extreme cases extra cleaning charges may apply if the property is left in an exceptionally poor state.
Bookings
- Use the Book Now button
- Bookings via the 'booking now' button are charged to your credit card.

- All enquiries will be responded to in writing within 3 hours. If you would like Mark to phone you please ensure you provide a contact number and any preferred method of communication in your email.
